We played Seven Knights Revolution, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is barely running it

MMO Seven Knights Revolution brings the best of two worlds — console-like graphics and gacha games. But it will make your smartphone sweat.

Seven Knights Revolution is a mobile MMO that is available in South Korea on iOS and Android. The developers have added manual controls, many special effects and cinematic cutscenes. There are also QTE-moments that show you the main feature of Seven Knights Revolution — classless system.

There is only 1 problem with Seven Knights Revolution — it puts Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 to shame. You see, this game is very GPU hungry, taking up 80-85% of its power. This means you'll get freezes and stutters during group battles. The chipset is also almost full, using up to 90% of its power.

Seven Knights Revolution is so demanding even gaming phones get to the 48-49 Celsius. This means that if you don't have a mini cooler or a great cooling system built in your smartphone, you will need to think of other ways to "comfortably" play this game.

Another bad thing about Seven Knights Revolution is that it doesn't have English localization. That's why tutorial and plot are hard to grasp for non-Korean speakers.
