The Guardian sets a new bar for idle games
The Guardian is available in the US on Android. This might be a beta test.
The Guardian is a mobile RPG with vertical gameplay. You play as a knight who slays demons and other monsters in dark forests. The game takes a lot of elements from idle games, so you don't need to control the character — he moves and even attacks automatically, although you can switch the controls to manual.
There are big and not linear locations in The Guardian that you can explore freely. Yes, it's not the level of Genshin Impact, but you don't expect this from indie games. But, judging by the description and the gameplay videos, there are no online elements, apart from guilds.
The Guardian can be downloaded on Android from the US Google Play. The game was developed by Bozzy Games, the same studio that has brought West Legends and Vikings: For Valhalla. For now, their new game has only got 10+ downloads.
There are different biomes in The Guardian — snowy mountains, haunted forests, and so on. Also, the developers claim there will be unique fantasy beasts.
