Early version of space strategy Starborne: Frontiers is available
Starborne: Frontiers brings out thousands of ways to make your space deck unique. But it might not be your cup of tea.
Starborne: Frontiers is a mobile game that is available on Android in selected counties; there's no word about iOS. It's not a sandbox project like EVE Echoes. Instead of creating your virtual life, you will summon rare commanders and build a fleet around them. The graphics are nice, the soundtrack is immersive. What else to ask for? Well, apart from turn-based skirmishes against bots and other players, there's not much to do.
The battles are semi-automatic. Before they start, you choose the layout of your army, then just sit back and watch. To make all of this much more interesting, the devs have added the bonus system; it grants you prizes for the amount of time you spend in Starborne: Frontiers.
There are more than 90 commanders and thousands of combinations of ships, equipment, and upgrades. You need to select ships wisely, as they differ in terms of their role and faction. The game might have NFT in the future, at least this is what the devs were trying to do in the near future. Stay tuned.
